What We Do
CREATE NEW PATHWAYS TO LEADERSHIP FOR A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS.
We’ll change how you think about MENTORING
and
You’ll CHANGE how you foster CULTURE, DIVERSITY + INCLUSION in your organization.
why we do it
TRADITIONAL MENTORING PROGRAMS DON’T WORK.
Why not?
BECAUSE BOTH MENTORS AND MENTEES (UNCONSCIOUSLY) CHOOSE PEOPLE WHO REMIND THEM OF THEMSELVES.
So, if you find an organic connection with a mentor, you’re in luck!
But, what if you don’t?
What if you’re paired up with someone, and you just can’t seem to connect?
(You might just spend an hour each month staring across the table at one other…)
SO, HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT EVERYONE IN YOUR ORGANIZATION HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND GROW?
DIVERSE ORGANIZATIONS ARE MORE SUCCESSFUL
We’ve all heard it:
DIVERSITY LEADS TO CREATIVITY WHICH LEADS TO PROFITABILITY
Without a diverse workforce, you’re:
Falling behind on innovation and creativity
Losing time
Wasting money
Hemorrhaging talent
THE BEST PEOPLE TO IMPROVE YOUR ORGANIZATION…
ARE THE PEOPLE already inside YOUR ORGANIZATION
WE’LL SHOW YOU HOW.
We design custom mentoring programs that increase diversity and diverse thinking in your organization.
We teach individuals—no matter how different—to create successful mentoring relationships with one another.
Your productivity will increase.
Your talent will learn and grow.
And so will your organization.
why this SHOULD matter TO YOU

About
Sarah Spitz is a leading expert on the subject of mentoring as a key component to increase diversity in leadership. She is sought after by companies seeking to learn how to increase and improve mentorship in their organizations.
Sarah began her career producing award-winning commercials and content for global advertising clients, followed by years as Head of Business Development for a bi-coastal visual effects company.
Throughout more than 15 years of building thousands of impactful teams solving numerous complicated problems, Sarah has learned that the best teams are comprised of people who care about the mission ahead of them. And that to get people to commit to any mission, you must first commit to them, invest in them, and inspire them.
Armed with that insight and looking to expand her knowledge and influence, Sarah embarked on an MBA program which culminated in a thesis called Teach Them to Fish: How Mentorship Increases Diversity in Leadership, which was published to wide acclaim. Sarah has interviewed hundreds of professionals on the role of mentorship in their personal and business lives.
Whether crafting brand stories for global clients or consulting with businesses on mentoring and leadership, the common thread in Sarah’s work is empathy, understanding people, and helping to encourage and lead talented and diverse teams toward business success.
Sarah holds an MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and a B.A. from Bates College in English Literature, Creative Writing, and Theater. To see her creative portfolio, click here.
